Burj Khalifa Tower

This spire built on the top of the Burj Khalifa seems very small, neither is the public allowed to go here, nor are the floors in it very economical, but it has so much importance in Burj Khalifa that if it is not there, the whole building will be destroyed. The strength could be compromised and it was imperative for the engineering team to make it and complete it no matter what.

Viewers This spire of Burj Khalifa is not less than a skyscraper in itself as only the height of this spire does not have such a big skyscraper even in more than half of the countries of the world. The antenna at the top weighs only 350 tons. If the entire Ismail is removed, the height of the Burj Khalifa will decrease by 30 percent to only 585 meters, which is the height where the last 154 floors for public use are located. It has 155 to 160 third floors, but you will be surprised to know that these floors are not habitable at all. Because during strong winds, the entire spire keeps shaking up to six feet. Yes, this is not its fault, but the shaking of the spire is an advanced feature.

Strong sea winds are the destiny of Dubai and at the height where the top of the Burj Khalifa is, the speed of the strong fast  winds reaches 240 km easily. Rocking the 154 floors beneath it, American structural engineer Flam Baker was the first to create a design for the Burj Khalifa that doesn't block winds, but literally confuses them.

What is the function of the spire on the Burj Khalifa?

When the wind hits the structure, energy is generated. This energy must be released from somewhere. The 154 floors of Burj Khalifa are connected to a main buttress core. can grow, that's why the spire is not connected to the cover, but it is made of steel structure, as you know that steel is a flexible metal. Due to which the top of Burj Khalifa starts shaking, the engineers have designed it in such a way that it can only move up to six feet. Inspire Burj Khalifa is not only this single sacrifice, but this device on the spire is dangerous for the whole of Dubai. It also protects against lightning.

This device on the top of the tallest skyscraper in the world is a lightning arrester. It has a small sensor that detects the active charge in the clouds near it and the lightning arrester is its opposite charge. It generates and attracts the lightning towards itself, then through the steel wire, the charge of millions of volts is safely taken underground, saving the entire building, because this lightning arrester on the spire is at the top compared to the rest of the buildings. It not only supplies the Burj Khalifa but the whole of Dubai with hundreds of millions of volts of current So far, this lightning arrester has done its job perfectly 16 to 20 times.

After every lightning strike, you have to go to the top to change the small battery in it. Being buffeted by strong winds that reach speeds of up to 100 km/h on the ground, such high winds are a huge problem for scrappers. After construction in 1978, the Group Center took a major engineering leap in its design. An engineering student at Princeton University noticed that the City Group Center would not be able to withstand high wind loads. The group center could have easily collapsed, but when it reached the designer of the building, he immediately made some calculations and agreed with the engineering student. This was done and it was not disclosed for many years. When strong winds hit any building, rudders are created on the backside of the building, also known as vortices. Sideways Once a building starts to move even a little,

these vortices increase this movement a lot.

The most perfect example of this is the swing set in the park,

which you all must have swung at one time or another. If we move our legs with the swing movement, the swing automatically accelerates because we are moving our legs with the frequency of the swing. Engineer William Baker created a design that confuses the wind itself If you consider, all these lakes of Burj Khalifa are not built on the level of each other, but they are built symmetrically, that is, each deck is different from the other, because of this, when the air hits the Burj Khalifa, each of its floors.

The rotors or wattages generated behind are also different from each other i.e. their frequency cannot match the frequency of the tower which is the reason why the tallest building in the world has stood upright for the last 13 years by confusing the strong winds. Whether the wind comes from the north or the south, the design of the Burj Khalifa confuses the wind from all sides. It was not known how high this tower will go. First of all, its proposed height was 530 meters because when the construction of Burj Khalifa started in 2003, the construction of Tai Pai 101 in Taiwan was in its final phase. The height of Dai Pai is 5008 meters. That is why the Burj Khalifa was first planned to be built up to 530 meters but later it was thought that anyone can easily break the world record of 530 meters so during the construction of Burj Khalifa they decided That they will not disclose the actual height of the tower until construction is complete.

Why Emaar Properties Kept The World in Confusion Until The End

But Emaar Properties kept the world in confusion until the end. 203 It was reported that Burj Dubai, which was the first name of Burj Khalifa, will be 530 meters tall in 2004. It was told that now it will be made up to 570 meters 710 meters in 2005, 800 meters in 6 and again in 2006, the height of 818 meters was built and finally when the construction was completed, it was stopped at 828 meters. Taller projects have never been able to claim the title of world's tallest building, due to the same unpredictable variations of the Burj Khalifa, Ammar Properties, who initially proposed the project, faced financial problems because of the budget they had set. It was fading as its height grew, to the point where the construction of the Burj Khalifa had to be halted, then.

Abu Dhabi's ruler Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan funded the project and revived it. The point was when the name of Burj Dubai was changed to Burj Khalifa. After Burj Khalifa, Many projects were announced in the race to claim the title of the world's tallest building and construction started, but there is still no hope that this title will be taken from Dubai. The construction of Saudi Arabia's Jeddah Tower has been stopped for the past several years. Kuwait has planned to build a one-kilometer high building called Burj Mubarak, but after this plan, there was no update, even Nakeer Properties, Dubai. I launched a project called Nickel Tower, which was said to be more than the height meter. Its construction also started in 209, but the project was stopped the next year. The total cost of Burj Khalifa is 5 billion dollars. The cost was about 12,300 crore rupees, and every day eight to 10,000 tourists visit the Burj Khalifa. It has been and because of this there is no account of the economic boom in Dubai.
